Yes, if you use the self set-up option, you can join for free and load as many products or services as you wish. We will also offer assistance along the way
For every sale, the commission charges are taken at point of sale, and remaining funds paid directly into your Stripe account. We do not hold funds. You can manage the frequency of pay outs to your bank account from your Stripe Dashboard.
By allowing us to load your profile and products, we can utilise the software in the best possible way to increase exposure and sales. Simply email us any details, and we do the rest. It saves you time, and enables you to start selling online quickly, with no experience required.
You can have a fully visible storefront, and list up to 10 products or services. This enables customers to find your business and offerings, and make contact with you directly. If you have your own e-commerce page, we can link the products to your page to complete transactions. This gives you the same great exposure, but allows you to process transactions externally.
When customers browse our website, they may wish to buy from multiple local businesses. If your stock is loaded to our site, customers can make a variety of purchases from multiple local businesses, in one simple transaction. This increases conversion rates, and allows the customer to support your business with ease. It also enables a bundled delivery option, to promote shopping locally.
You, as the seller, are responsible for issuing and processing refunds where applicable. Refunds are managed via your Stripe account.
If you already use a means of delivery, you can use the same method for items purchased for delivery via Locally UK (you will determine the shipping charge per location). If you would like us to manage delivery, then we will set up the shipping options on your account, and handle the logistics. All you will need to do is make sure the items are packaged accordingly and clearly labelled. We handle the rest!
As well as loading products, you can also set up a “Booking” function. This is fully customisable to help you process bookings for rooms, table reservations, collection slots or quotation visits. This is also available using our advertising option. You can see all the upcoming bookings from your Dashboard.
Whether you use the self set-up option, assisted set-up or the advertising package, you are responsible for keeping your page up to date. You will have full access to your account, where you can track order progress, page visits, bookings and more.
