We ask you to contact us to let us know of any problems including faulty, wrong items or damaged in transit goods. Personalised products or orders already shipped can’t be refunded, cancelled or exchanged.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us by email at [email protected] We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 7 working days (usually it takes 2-3 days), and will do our best to resolve it within 14 days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us communicate with our suppliers and correct any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.
